"I had a car wreck and I went to this office a few times for severe neck and back pain but was not getting any relief so I had to go to another chiropractor. This office is not aggressive in their treatment plan. Besides a heating pad and stem nothing else was really done. After several visits I never received not one chiropractic adjustment which is what I really needed since my back and neck had really stiffened up from the car accident. I needed aggressive decompression and was not getting it at this office. My last visit I felt completely demoralized after not getting any sleep for over 6 weeks because of the discomfort I was feeling. On the positive side the staff is very friendly and efficient. Would never return to this office."

"My name is Stephenique Moore. My wreck occurred on March 20, 2022. I am a RETURNING CLIENT who is highly dissatisfied with Dr. Rathmann’s service. Dr. Rathmann, even at the beginning of my treatment, does not perform ANY type of treatment on ANY part of my body besides my neck with a basic chiropractic tool. Dr. Rathmann talks to my fiancé about football, LSU, and then proceeds to tell me to have a nice day and to stretch. I spend more time on the therapeutic table than with Dr. Rathmann. Bentley Baker then told me that I did not have to go back to Dr. Rathmann until he requested my MRI for my back which NEVER came to fruition because of the lack of communication between both Bentley Baker and Dr. Rathmann. I currently have to go to an orthopedic doctor due to the damage i attained from my wreck and I am only 26 years old and I do not know if my back will ever be the same again because no one cares! Dr. Rathmann is currently trying to overcharge my insurance claim by charging $1,800 for 6 days and will not reduce his price and I've been talked to Bentley as early as 2 months in advance before he was dropped as my lawyer and I was promised that there would be a percentage taken off of Dr. Rathmann's bill due to my highly unsatisfied service. Now I'm learning that Bentley Baker did not follow up with Dr. Rathmann or anything pertaining to my case since it was assigned to him. There is no urgency, honesty, or compassion being shown when dealing with dudleydebosier and I have not been treated like a valued/returning client and I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FIRM, DR. RATHMANN, NOR RETURN!"
