"Not getting off to a good start. Recording says they are closed for lunch and please call back during normal business hours. It's 1:25pm. What are "normal business hours" and when are you closed for lunch! This really makes me want to make an appointment with their office, NOT!"

"I was seen very quickly. Had my medicine ready for the first month and explained things in detail for me. The N.P. there is wonderful."

"This was the 3rd time the VA scheduled my mother to visit the. The 1st 2 times there was a 2 hour wait then an an excuse as to why the doctor was not there. The last time, we saw a nurse practitioner and an assistant. You would think that a first visit you should at least meet the doctor. They scheduled us for an ultrasound colonoscopy for a Monday, but never followed up to give us the address, make sure we were still going or tell us how to use the medication given. When we tried to reach the the Friday before, they were closed. Their professionalism and care for patients is lacking. We are filing a grie6with the VA to notify them of this lack of professionalism."

"The signs in the office threaten to fine you if you miss an appointment. Also you will be told to leave and find a different GI if you're caught smoking. If your on your phone you will be skipped. Too bad they don't care enough to be in time for the appointment they scheduled for you. I waited an hour and a half AFTER my appointment to be seen. I had my vitals taken and that was it. This is a terrible Dr office."
