"I went to LENTS the Dijon clinic and I had one of the worst doctor experiences in my life. I’ve have very frequent ear infections my whole life and had many procedures done in my past for my ears and have seen multiple ENTs across the country. After completing some tests, the doctor came into the room and said to my face that every ear infection, fluid behind my ear drums and severe dizziness that I have experienced over the last 20 years did not happen and that every other doctor that I have seen were wrong about my ear infections. Having tubes put in my ears multiple times to bursted ear drums I’ve dealt with ear issues since a child and after going to this clinic to see this doctor he said to my face that I’ve never had ear infections in my life which is 100% false. Charles A. LeBlanc, MD, FACS Said that I had another condition, which I knew I also had due to having braces around 5 years ago, that was causing all my symptoms, he completely ignored my concerns about my frequent ear infections, fluid, and ringing in my ears chalking up my whole medical history of my ears to be something that was so completely wrong and told me that all my ear infections were in my head. They were not in my head as I’ve had over 20 doctors/ENT specialists tell me that my concerns and symptoms are in fact real and I have ear problems. Do not go to this clinic if you have any jaw issues, or consistent ear problems especially as a younger patient. They will believe you are making it up in your head and tell you that you are simply wrong when you know your body better then them."

"I had some ear pain and was able to make a same day appointment with Dr. Mitchell. I checked in and filled o it new patient paperwork. I was called into a room at my scheduled time and was quickly seen by the doctor after the nurse took my vitals and I described my symptoms. I was treated very quickly and professionally. I felt so safe and secure and they were very thorough in everything they told me. I had lots of opportunities to ask questions and they were very clear in after care as well. I was able to make a follow up appointment easily and was out the door in less than an hour with no ear pain. 10/10 doctors appointment."
