"They are getting 3 stars because the girl at the desk was great. The nurse who took my child’s vitals and swabs for all the things fever and body pains brings someone in for was so nice and friendly. But the nurse practitioner she was not pleasant at all. She come in said she was the nurse practitioner with no name. She said how long has the abdominal pain been going on. My child was there for 103 fever and body pains, sore throat, headache but anyways as she walks out the door she said she is going to have X-rays. I said I don’t think she needs X-rays. She is hurting because of her fever. She walks out. Comes back in lays papers on the counter says her test are negative she sent in meds didn’t say what these meds were for after quickly listing what meds. I said negative what?! She said yeah while walking back out the door before I was able to ask anything what so ever she said your papers on the left and she left. I had to get her attention to ask about getting my son a Dr note also because he has been exposed to whatever my daughter has so I didn’t send him to school. They said no he needed to be checked in as a patient. But that’s not my concerns about the Dr notes…. this nurse practitioner was rude, rushed and didn’t explain anything about what may be causing my child to have 103 fever. I will never go back because of her. And yes we have always had great experiences there with other Dr’s and NP."

"I Love this place. They always give the medicine to get me well. I went about a week ago with some boils under my arm. The gave me an antibiotic and an Antibiotic salve. All Is well now. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you Central Stat Care. God Bless all of you. John Minton I’ll always be a patient there!!! They also lanced them and the PA asked me the entire time if I felt any discomfort. Greatly appreciated."

"My son cut his leg on something and needed stitches. He had a bad experience in the pass that a Dr started stitching before he was fully numb and he felt it. But Central Stat told him every step like he asked and made sure he was numb. Thanks for making his experience as pleasant as possibly!!"

"My entire family has been going to Central Stat Care for years! I used to live in Watson and would pass up multiple urgent cares just to go to Central Stat. We used to love going to central stat because of how good and fast they were and we would tell our friends and family about how good they were. These last couple of visits have been terrible! We moved to Central so we live right around the corner but we will not be returning for quite some time. We used to be able to get in and out of there in 30 minutes. These last few times they weren't as busy as usual and it took over an hour and a half. Not to mention the girl that walked us into our room didn't want to be there. She was having issues with the blood pressure machine and my wife was telling how much it was hurting her and that it was too tight. She just stared at her and did nothing so my wife tore it off, and when she did her arm was all red and it drew blood to the surface of your arm. After she left with an attitude and never got a reading of blood pressure the Nurse came in and she was really nice and really helpful. She told us that we will have to do a manual reading after she couldn't get the machine to read correctly. 1 hour later past that point we finally got out of there. We do not recommend Central Stat Care anymore. Something changed and they do not put their customers first. It took over 20 minutes after all the test results to just get the discharge papers. Management needs to work on their team."
