"Horrible place! My dad had surgery scheduled yesterday, December 13th. Without any communication, no phone call, text or email, they rescheduled his surgery for December 26th! Who does that?! The day after Christmas?! Drove an hour just to be told he had to go home. This place sucks!"

"Staff were inattentive to patients. After being told by surgeon not to reach behind themselves, staff (Nurse Sarah) would not assist patient, and told patient she was capable of helping herself. Patient chart incorrectly read diabetic status. Informed Sara just to be told " Well that's what it says here." After being told by surgeon there would be an overnight stay because of risk, staff continuously tried to do a same day discharge. The next day staff lied and said wee couldn't stay any longer even though we were experiencing uncontrollable spasms. Patient was spas having spasms as we were being placed in vehicle. SWe spoke with insurance adjuster after arriving home. Adjuster informed us we were authorized for a 2 day stay."

"From checking into the Hospital to pre op, recovery to room everyone was professional and compassionate. My nurses on the floor were amazing, Katie, Jerry and Bobby were amazing. Highly recommend this Hospital. Of course I had a wonderful doctor who preformed my surgery Dr Charles Bowie."

"If you have a BMI of over 50 and you need surgery don't expect to have it here. Make sure if you are scheduled with one of the amazing doctors at this place that you check on them when scheduling to assure your surgery is at OLOL or another hospital with an ICU because anesthesia will not put you to sleep at this hospital. I love my doctors that are part of this hospital. However, the scheduling department allowed me to arrange for a a major surgery only to call me 4 days before and tell me they need to change the date. Apparently all that goes into scheduling MY part of the procedure and arrangements was pushed aside as "well that's on us". I've had my surgery scheduled for 3 months for this date. I'm pretty upset and am waiting on my rescheduled date which "may be in the next week or so""
