"It's so difficult to get anything done with them. It's like pulling teeth to get a therapist. Which is insane, since I'm sure a lot of the people are not in a good enough mental space to be diligent in contacting them a dozen times to get help. Btw. If you leave a bad review, they are going to call you multiple times (haven't received a call from them in 3 months btw, but 2 in 5 minutes from them after a review) asking you about it. So be aware of that, if you need mental help from them, good luck. But if you leave a bad review that might affect their income, they can get back to you in an hr."

"This was our very first visit to Holistic but the staff was very kind, informative and friendly. The doctor was really sweet and made us feel comfortable. Refreshments were offered as well and we are looking forward to continuing our services with them."

"This is one of the worst mental health facilities in Baton rouge. They are after money first and foremost. All good counselors leave and youre stuck with the left overs. Some are good people but they run it terrible. They mess up your medication and it takes them months of waiting before they get back to you, if they get back to you. They never organized so they always forgetting important things. You can be suicidal they will forget to put in your medication for depression. Then get mad at you for asking about it. There are way better options. Try capital area, or seaside, anywhere but here. And dont trust the good reviews I find it weird that as soon as they got a bad review with the same issues I had. They immediately got a good review. That should tell you how they lie. Go somewhere else."

"Extremely unhappy. Holistic, afte my first visit, around March, 2020 in Baton Rouge, Holistic subsequently called in the in the incorrect prescription dosage (100 mg.instead. Of 200 mg.) from my prior doctor who retired. They also called in name brand only instead of authorizing generic as my records at CVS were recorded. I was unable to get it at $700.00! Holistic also told me that their therapist would call me in a couple of days...never happened Despite requests to staff and the C.O.O., I still have not received my file."
