"I injured my R ankle as a young athlete In school running track that never healed properly & was extremely swollen. Ms.Joyce the PT & her front desk receptionist Ms.Cynthia were very sweet & knowledgeable. From the time I called to make my appointment to the time I left I felt very taken care of! They are a little short on staff so my appointment was a little longer than I expected also they are very detailed on paperwork so be prepared to fill out a lot of papers as a new patient but I enjoyed it. I'm happy she is a private practice that accepts medicaid. My favorite treatment is the tall whirlpool I put my legs then the hand massage on my ankle she then put the esteem pads on I took a 20min nap then she wrapped it nice & I left with a 4 pain level. Super impressed with the cozy feel of that place. I also inquired about a job there to help out. Can't wait to my next sessions. Very professional & patient!"

"I showed up there to fix my posture. I asked before we even started if she's able to do this. She said of course she can and she even thought I was kidding. I showed up there 3 days a week to every appointment and did every exercise, and did what I was told to at home. I was still the same as I showed up on day one and therapist/owner discharged me. Told me to buy rocktape and put it on my back then my posture will fix after my discharge. She of course lied. It's no mystery of how it all happened! I was scammed. If she can't fix my posture don't expect her to fix your bad Injuries!"

"Very disappointed with the therapist/owner...she wanted my sister to cut back from her doctors appointments to come to her 3 days a week..I did not see them wipe the machines off after each patient..then she wanted her to put her foot that has a wound pump in the whirlpool...this therapist/owner was talking as if she was more important than her doctors...bad business, unprofessional, and don’t listen...all about the money.."
