Delta Life Fitness has changed that for me. The workouts are challenging, the people are amazing and the schedule is accommodating. There is free child care. The women there listen to your concerns. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and supportive. There are ways to modify just about every move to fit your level, but they will push you to do your best and try to go above and beyond what you think you can do.
