"When you’re the first appointment of the day, you don’t expect to wait an hour. You will wait for a long time. We waited 4 months to get an appointment here. It’s obviously a last option result because of insurance. They had us scheduled for 5am, and the check in nurses hadn’t clocked in yet. There is a sign in the waiting room to ask you if you’ve been waiting longer than 30 minutes to ask the front desk. After 50 minutes, I asked and was told the doctor isn’t here’ yet. They have poor communication on the front line, and the doctors don’t have a professional bedside manner. If you have better insurance, avoid this place. Call Baton Rouge General. This place is an epic fail, under staff, and not clean."

They were so good and patient with my daughter. Their kindness definitely made the experience better than we expected and helped calmed me and her dad's nerves. I wish I remembered all their names to list but it was everyone from the registration desk lady to the nurse to the CNA to the dentist to the anesthesiologist everyone."
