"On entering the Lumberton store realized I needed the restroom so went to the restroom but the door was locked. I needed to go before I shopped so I went back to the front & asked the checker if she could open restroom. She said it should be open but she would see about it 'as soon as she could'. I found what I wanted in the store but restroom still locked. Went back to front again where the only checker I saw had a line of three people but acted like she didn't recognize me from 15 minutes prior. Now maybe this seems like a petty complaint to you but I consider it rude to me. Yes I complained to the manager & no I did not buy the items I had picked up & no I will not return."
