"Came in for a work related strained back. The Dr did nothing to diagnose my back other than take x-rays and tell me to take Advil. She advised I go the the hospital that owns the urgent care if it gets worse. The company I work for can't allow me back to work with out a work release form which this location won't provide, just an 800 number to workers comp insurance!?"
"I don't understand the 1 star reviews left here. We came for a flu test even though our son wasn't that sick, just wanted to be sure before sending him back to school. We got several tests instead (in addition to the flu test), as they wanted to be thorough and rule out more than just one possibility. Front staff, nurse, and PA were all incredibly friendly and service was quick. Very little wait time even though there were others there and being seen. Very clean facility. Was a much better experience than trying to deal with waiting forever at the pediatrician for something so simple."
"Different sites say this place closes at 5:30, 6:00, and 7:30. I showed up before 5:30 and was refused to be seen. I asked what time they close when I was refused to be seen, and the rude receptionist sarcastically told me that “if you’d read the big white sign on the door, we close at 5:30.” Clearly there is some confusion about when your business closes, so there is no need for the sarcasm. I used to recommend people come here, given there is never a wait, but now I see why there’s no wait. Will not be coming back."
"My daughter went to the urgent care and they refused to give her the flu test or the anti viral medication because she didn’t seem sick enough and there was a shortage of tests. She wasted 1 1/2 hours of her time and had to pay a copay to learn she “probably had the flu”. Very disappointed! Save your money and go to a different after care clinic."
