Lake Urgent Care - Lee Dr @Highland Rd.

"I went here for a visit about a year ago. Through insurance this should have only costed me $30, I was charged $120 even after I showed them my insurance card & they ran it through the system. both the lady at the front desk & the manager my mother had called to speak to after were rude and I have still not received all of the money that they owe me. as a college student that was nearly all of the money in my bank account. I understand if it was a technical issue but after speaking to my insurance it was clear they were trying to scam me. the 1 star rating is solely for the doctor who saw me bc he was friendly and helpful. very unfortunate. would never go here again"

"I'm so happy that I choose to go to the Lake after hours on Lee Dr. @ highland. My wait time was under ten minutes to get into a room and also under ten minutes to be seen by the doctor. Staff was very friendly and courteous and the doctor was fantastic. I would absolutely return and I highly recommend this office!"

"The young white guy that was working the front desk this past Sunday morning was rude, the way he damn near threw my paper’s at me and the way he spoke was a little condescending. That was extremely off putting. I was in too much pain to address it with him or anyone one else but once I was called back the entire atmosphere changed and the young ladies were very friendly, professional and nice. My 3 stars is due to the rudeness that I encountered at the beginning. He’s the face of your company when we come in, perhaps he needs a little training on how to have some couth. If it were not for him, I would’ve given 5 stars."

"I really wanted to give this a five-star review. My experience at the clinic was great. I was in and out very quickly. But, I called afterwards with a question about my prescription, and was told I would get a return call and never did. This was a bit disappointing. But the people at the clinic themselves were very professional and kind when I was there."

"I don’t feel my concerned were addressed for myself Or my daughter and I don’t think the corrects meds were given for my Issues. My daughter didn’t have an issue with a cough and she had 103 fever when I brought her. She wasn’t given anything for her fever and she was sent home with cough syrup, even though they were informed she had server asthma and a lung condition. I don’t think we will be returning there again. Wait time wasn’t bad based on the people Present and amount of staff there to provide car though."
