"I wish I could give negative numbers. Every time I need a refill it's a hassle. Thyroid medicine, waiting two days so far. Had blood test last visit, never given results. I called and complained two times ago and here I am again . They never, ever call back. It took two weeks for the Phycologist to call in my Wellbutrin refill. I hope that these doctors and nurses are not representative of the future of medical care. Scares me terriblely ! How do they expect us to have faith in their decisions regarding our well-being ? I talked to the people in charge of both floors and nothing has changed. What a sad day for the patients."

"Horrible clinic. I went in to see Dr Hannah Zachary for back pain, the actual visit was horrible but to wait over a week for x ray results is crazy!! They do not call their patients even after multiple messages sent. There is no way to get in contact with your doctor there. It is an appointment service number only. You’ll be waiting forever to get anywhere with this clinic"
