"I bring my 78 yo mother in who is on oxygen in late stage COPD, running fever, horrible wet cough, in congestive heart failure, that can’t remember anything. When they call her back I get up to go with her to ensure that they know all of her symptoms, history, etc. (bc again she can’t remember everything) and was told “um only the patient”. She lives with me and I am her constant caregiver. The fact that we are not allowed back with our elderly parents (who is sick and scared), is ridiculous. Like I would have taken up too much room in an exam room with just my mother and a nurse or doctor? This place needs an overhaul and we will be looking for an alternative in the future. Keep in mind I have brought her here before and was aloud to go back so I guess they make the rules up as they go. To make matters worse, the very same nurse comes out to get an elderly man accompanied by his son and they are both allowed to go back. She clearly felt comfortable enough to tell me I couldn’t go back but allowed the man to go back with his father. Double standard much?????"

"I was a walk in and they got me right back, did testing and I was on my way. The staff was very kind and understanding."

"Waiting room is silent so you get to share your full name, date of birth, and medical concerns with a room full of strangers. Weird design."

"If I could put zero stars I would. I'm currently in the waiting room. Been here 45 minutes! There was one lady waiting in front of me the whole time. Who knows how long shes been waiting. After half an hour the air conditioning finally kicked on. Go somewhere else."

"Turned down for care due to attire worn during an incident. Never heard that a personal injury while doing truck maintenance on my personal vehicle would have to be filed as a workers comp claim simply because I was still in my work shirt. Extremely frustrating clerk who insisted I needed to find care elsewhere due to it being a “work injury” even after I explained my injury did not happen while working. I’m sure normal policy is to send workers comp claims elsewhere, my gripe is that this did not apply to me."
