"The receptionist and other staff were great. I waited for about 20 minutes but once I was in a room, everything moved along smoothly. The doctor was super awesome and she explained everything to me. She asked if I had any questions. She listened and there was a time or 2 when we both laughed at something that was said. All in all this was definitely a positive visit for me. Will come back to this location if I or a family member needs medical assistance."

"Reason for visit: sore throat Now with the visit, the nurse came in he took my blood pressure, I knew it was going to be high on the count I JUST took my meds. He asked a few questions then took strep test. When the NP came she did listening with the stethoscope, and looked at my swollen tonsils and her reply was “they don’t look too bad” which to me means they don’t look normal right. Then she attempted to turn her focus on my blood pressure and wanted to take it again, my reply was “I prefer not to do that, a sore throat is the reason I am here” then she abruptly left. Then the nurse returned with negative test results and discharge papers saying the NP’s solution was to drink warm salt water and take Tylenol…. Wait a minute, you recommend a patient with high blood pressure drink warm salt water? I feel like this visit was a complete waste of time and money, when more could have definitely been done."
"The lady at the front desk tonight was very rude!! As a first time mom concerned about my child she could have been a bit more friendly and understanding with the check in process because it was my first time visiting the clinic! She gave very smart responses to questions even though she was supposed to be the manager. The Np and they young man that worked tonight 12/9/2022 was super friendly and nice to me and was concerned about my child and I appreciate that… overall the experience at the clinic was 10/10 loved it will return"
