"Carried my mom to fill out paperwork before they would make an appt. Asked ahead of time if they could mail it or email it, they said no, they have to witness her filling it out. The whole time my mom was signing and filling out paperwork, she was talking to two other people in the room about her 2 dogs she brought to work and gardening. She never once witnessed anything. How unprofessional to have other people visiting, and you're supposed to be witnessing her filling out paperwork, not to mention dogs at your desk and barking when you enter her office. That's the 1st experience. I can't imagine what the future holds for my moms upcoming visits. If it was up to me, I would have walked out!!!! Would not recommend to anyone with standards. That should be a HIPPA VIOLATION!!!"

"Took $400 for my deductible and they never would call me for an appointment. I always had to reach out. Was told by Dr. Crowder and the receptionist Mary that it was my fault I had to do another test because of the way “I answered the questions “. Dr. Crowder also said that I was basically feeling sorry for myself and making my condition sound worse than it is. This place is the exact reason people don’t reach out for help. I got judged and basically scammed out of $400 with no treatment. I gave up calling and haven’t heard from anyone in 3 months."
