"It's always a pleasant visit and experience. Everyone does such beautiful job taking care of the patients. Dr. Crook is very thorough , he answers all my questions. He has good bedside manners."
"Excellent staff! Have gone to several appointments already and am extremely happy with the care I've received. Seeing Physicians Assistant Dan Crook and he's great! Highly recommend!"
"First time here. They were all nice and very timely. As far as Mrs. Tory, she was also nice and straight to the point of getting things done. Also, showed real concerns about the issues I have going on."
"Heard a loud Pop in my foot so I set an appointment with Advanced Orthopedic. 1st visit I met with a nurse practitioner and she said I needed to get a X-ray. I told her an X-ray would reveal nothing and I needed an MRI. She responded that the insurance says you have to get an X-ray first, then therapy, then an MRI. Took the advice and went to the hospital of her choice so she could get a copy of the X-rays. When I get there the paperwork I was given says Im African American and on Medicaid, neither of us true. Didn't need the X-ray if her information about my insurance company would have been correct, costing an extra $1000. Three weeks later I go in to talk about the X-rays but they don't have copies and she now says I have to get them. She then tells me I need therapy at which I asked why and she had no response. I tell her I need an MRI which I called the week earlier about and she said she would schedule it for the second time. I call a week later and talk to a new office manager who was helpful and nice about the MRI and when was the date. She looked it up and it has not been scheduled. She told she would call back and hung up the phone. She calls back an hour later and she has an appointment set for that afternoon. I go to the MRI that day. Two weeks later I go back to the nurse practitioner because apparently the doctor is never there. She says the MRI was negative and that's all she knows. I ask to see it and she says I have to get a copy. Not once did this practitioner look at my foot in three visits. I was told to take a drug test also, but I refused. I was still charged for it. $100. Stay away from this practice. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing."
"She was very patient with me as I had my two year old with me! She wanted to make sure we covered every basis for my medical problem in order to help the issue and help my pain! She was very thorough and listened and understood my problems and pain even though it was even hard for me to explain. Very professional!"
