"Very disappointed. My appointment was confirmed and when I arrived the office had moved since my last visit. I followed signs that stated ste. 140 and no signs stating the entrance was on the exterior of the building. I attempted to call several times with no answer. I finally found the office and I was told I would have to reschedule because I was 15 minutes late (mind you Ii arrived early but could not find the office). I took off work and traveled over an hour to be rescheduled. I have waited in that office for hours before at previous appointment so to be turned away was extremely disappointing....... UPDATE 7/22/2022: The office manager Gloria as well as Dr. Forsythe has since personally reached out to me to directly apologize for the situation and stated that they will make efforts to ensure this does not happen to other customers. I appreciate their attention to this matter and efforts for resolution."

"He was my OB-GYN 3 years ago for my first baby. He usually explains everything you need to know. And, if you have any questions, he will answer them nicely. He and his nurse (Hailey) were both friendly and kind. I know at least two other Indian families who went to him at that time and loved him."
