"I can’t say anything bad about the Dr. I never saw him. I scheduled an appointment over 2 weeks ago. The lady who answered was super sweet and helped me with the portal. Which I was already in…just needed to add my Medicare and Humana insurance information. Well, when I eagerly arrived to yet another GP (because everyone is not taking Medicare, even though Humana is my primary)and glad to have found a new recommended doctor . This was all know when I scheduled. Once I arrived I was told I don’t have an appointment and then after some more looking into it, I was told they don’t take my insurance. The guy behind the counter was very nice. I’m upset I didn’t get a call telling me this before I drove to Grand Lake. Upset, I have to find another GP (which means a longer wait), Upset with who does and doesn’t take it… and people in the office should know this and/or caught it and corrected it before I had to get there on a really bad medical day for me!"

"Dr Lincoln and his staff at Grand Lake Medical Center or top notch! They're literally the best that I personally have come across when it comes to primary care physicians! They are professionals they listen especially Dr Lincoln he takes special care to listen to each and every patient I know this because I've been a patient of his for years. The nurses are quick to call you back when you phone in with an issue and the receptionists up front are always very kind and professional I would literally follow Dr Lincoln anywhere he chose to go"
