"Hours of operation on the door indicate closing time at 4:00. I entered Lab Corp in Orange TX at 3:30. Technician said she couldn’t take me. She already had a customer and was by herself. Not my problem. I was very upset."
"The phlebotomist was great. I was nervous. She wasn’t overly chatty, she wore no nauseating perfume, and let me choose the arm. This helped with my anxiety. My veins are relatively large, and she was one stick, 3 vials, a cotton ball for the injection site and we were done. The whole thing was less than 15 minutes. I arrived at 7:45a and was out before 8a. (My labs were called in by my doctor the week prior). The staff was friendly, but so was I, and I think that makes a huge difference. I was greeted upon arrival by everyone, and the receptionist helped me with the contactless sign-in. I’m really glad I decided to go to the Orange location instead of PA or Beaumont bc my visit was seamless."
"I was there at 11:25 to take a urinalysis and they already had the doors locked, I waited around until 1 only for her to open the door and say they close at 12 on fridays, I was there way before 12! Lazy and locking doors early for their own convenience."
"The staff are so kind and hospitable! They make you feel at ease throughout the whole process, and they are open very early if you need to do some blood work before going to work. I'll definitely go there again if my doctor orders blood work!"
