"Staff was very friendly, Dr. Blair Ruiz is AMAZING! The office was very clean and so were the rooms and bathroom. I had my two toddlers with me (they were noisy and everywhere) but the staff made me feel a lot better by being so polite and interacting with them. It would be amazing if they got some activity center for them but overall it was a very pleasant experience. The nurses and doctors actually take the time to hear you out and answer any questions you have. You don’t feel rushed."

"So I submitted the edit for the address change so that people can find their relocated building. You're welcome. Now let me explain what you're missing out on knowing the new location. Went to their old location, building was closed, no sign telling you their new adress, for lease sign out front. Called their number, the clerk didn't know the address and had to go find it. When she finally returned to the phone with the new address the location was approximately 6 minutes away. Upon arrival we're told we were more than 5 minutes late and because of that we're now considered a walkin. Alternately, we could reschedule, leave, wait, drive back. So if you're interested in how much the staff at this location cares about you, then the answer is -not at all-. Don't expect them to intentionally help you. They're there from start time to finish time to collect a check and take no pride in their work. Good luck to others!"

"I called to schedule an emergency appointment as a follow up from being the hospital days prior. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional said the number I called to schedule my appointment gave me the wrong time and I would have to wait over 2 hours if I wanted to be seen. The administrative woman taking my information was beyond rude she was talking to me like I was an idiot and didn't seem the least bit concerned that I was given the wrong information and that I was still clearly in pain. Let's just say I left without being seen and will NEVER be back. I would've given -1 star if I could."
