"Wasn't even greeted when we walked in. Weren't asked what help we needed. Nothing. Only to fill out paperwork and be told they don't handle stuff like that. What kind of urgent care is this place. If we would have been greeted upon entry would have saved time. The patient had dislocated finger and in pain but not even a can I help you.....lady at front needs training on front desk. Ridiculous. Would not recommend. I've had better experience at Altus!"
"I was in and out of here so quick and my meds were sent over so fast. I was able to leave from there and go straight to my pharmacy in kountze and my meds were ready. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be going here for any of my urgent care needs from now on."
"Everyone is so nice here. There wasn't a long wait before seeing the doctor either. Great experience here. Highly recommend."
"I took my 8 year old here for the first time this morning when she woke up with 102.2 temp and a sore throat. She has a history of strep infections and based on her high temp and sore throat I immediately suspected it. Pros: quick service, friendly receptionist, NP and very friendly and sweet nurse. Cons: when the NP examined her, he said her throat was a little red but that strep didn’t typically come with a cough or drainage. I had explained to him and the nurse that she had seasonal allergies that she takes daily allergy meds for and that I would like her to be tested for strep, and for flu if he didn’t think it was strep. Lo and behold, the strep test came back positive. This NP, although very nice, should realize that every person is different and not everyone will present the same symptoms. Had I not insisted that she be tested, we could have gone home with her suffering for several more days until I could get her into her primary care doctor. Strep can be very dangerous if left untreated, and most parents know how their children and how their symptoms present when they are sick. So please go with your gut if you come here and stand up for yourself and your kids. There’s no reason whatsoever to NOT test if there’s a test available and if the patient or their insurance is willing to pay for it."
"My daughter saw the kindest, most patient nurse practitioner here. They were a little busy, and he didn’t let it show! We had a stubborn tooth that was literally dangling by the roots and causing a lot of pain… and dental offices were closed for the holiday. He helped numb and remove the painful tooth for my daughter quickly and painlessly. We will definitely choose this place for future urgent care needs."
