"The people that work here are very rude, condescending, and con artists.. they will run tests that you don't need just to take your money.. will be going elsewhere"
"The Nurse answering the phone, wants to interpret and be rude. She doesn't listen to even two words before, talking down to you. Also she talks like she knows everything without even listening to you."
"The patient care at this office is the epitome of what is wrong with our healthcare system. The staff’s lack of concern for their patients is frightening. At one point, I was happy with their quality of care; however, it has quickly went down hill. I hope for the sake of other patients that changes are made to remedy the deterioration of care that has occurred at this facility."
"My experience was very tedious. I went in for a sore throat and sinus issues expecting a quick visit, and they kept me for over an hour running unnecessary tests. They did an EKG to check for an "irregular heartbeat," and I do not have heart issues. They were far more concerned about scheduling another appointment for routine lab work than the initial reason for my visit. They were extremely pushy and made me feel uncomfortable, and they did not have a very good bedside manner. They finally prescribed me with a medication I was unable to purchase because my insurance did not cover it. I then received dozens of texts, emails, voicemails, and even letters in the mail for the next few weeks about an appointment two months away. This behavior was not professional in the least. About a year later, another family member who was sick and needed to see the doctor was told he could not get in for two weeks because Christus was so backed up with lab appointments. This occurred a few years ago, so they may be different today, but it was the worst experience I've had with a doctor's office and I wouldn't go back. I felt they were milking me for my insurance. I have since found a caring health provider who treats me like a human being instead of a number."
"Terrible service. To start off with I am a self pay, I called to ask as a new patient what the cost is for first time visit, and "what other charges could accrue during my visit?". I was told that the other charges would be if there were any labs or tests done at the time of visit. I also asked very specifically if I would be seeing an actual doctor not a nurse practitioner, They said I would be seeing a doctor! I did not see a doctor. I listed off my ramblings of symptoms and then got another bill for a doctors visit... this must be a mistake I thought. Then I called and was told that my appointment "ran a little long" and that "you had a lot of symptoms". Next thing that happened is blood work was ordered to go to an outside lab, which they didn't send for 2 weeks, and where they had sent a double order of something that they had already done! They just forgot or didn't look at my paperwork. Which seems to be a thing with them, disorganization. They were trying to start me on a medication I was already on, and told them I was already on. Also I was put on antibiotics and was never called or emailed to be told that I could go off of them, that they weren't needed. Everyone is so disorganized and all seemed burdened that you bothered to show up for your appointment. Services rendered are not adequate. This is not healthcare this is PATHETIC. Go to urgent care you'll get better treatment there."
