"Nice and clean but I don't like self checkouts"
"Shout out to Mr.Gabriel, Mrs. Belinda and Mr.Mino always polite and there to answer questions about what not definitely top tier people in general weather it’s alcohol questions or anything else they know there stuff"
"Went to buy some drinks while on base and they had nothing I was looking for in stock. Ok, that happens right? Asked the manager when they might be able to get them back in stock...no idea. Their suggestion was to fill out a special request form (for an item they carry). Then when I am halfway done with the form they tell me that the wait on special orders is at least a year and I have to buy the whole case. I'll just go off base and deal with the taxes, this is not a benefit to me anymore."
"Stopped by on my way to work for a cup of coffee. Once at checkout with the cashier ( Jannell) on 10 March 2023 around 8:50 pm. Handed her my coffee reward card but she didn't know had another punch before I'm able to get the reward. Anyway she was very unprofessional as if it was my fault that she doesn't know how it works. Giving out a loud breath of sigh as if I was disgusting her."
"Not to happy how the Cashiers pick and choose who they want to ID. Each time I shop here I’m immediately asked to show my military ID, never the customers beside me. I waited around after making my purchase and listened to hear if the cashier would ask the customer behind me. She did NOT! Completely unacceptable since we both were in civilian clothes. Voiced my concern to the store manager Ramon and was dismissed and given attitude as if I would take time out my day to make this up. Unacceptable from a military establishment."
