"Felt terrible at work all day, got off and pulled up at 5:37pm to a locked door and a sign with hours showing open until 6pm. If you close at 6 then stop taking patients at 6. Very disappointed!"
"Absolutely terrible service! Took a home covid test on myself and two kids, they are positive. Came here to take the test to verify for work and school purposes, they refused to test us!???? So much for what they’re supposed to be standing for right?!? I have never been so blown away by the zero reason they gave for this and ignorance of the front desk staff. I will never be back to this place and would never recommend it."
"I came here to receive a simple TB test for nursing school. This injection was suppose to be super quick and to the point . I asked before coming in the price of the test and was told by someone working there $27. I even asked what the employees name was in case the price was different after the fact and I could have someone to talk to. I went up there received the injection and at check out it was $50 . I asked for the employee I talked to who told me it would be $27 over the phone and she came to the front desk. She told me I asked her on the phone for the price without insurance which was false because I do have insurance . I assured her I didn’t ask for that and she just stared at me blankly. I asked her so if I didn’t give you my insurance card you ask for it would only be $27 . She nodded and seemed extremely agitated with me and I just paid the money. TB injection must be read 2-3 days later and before the nurse was done injecting she told me to come back two days later to get it read and they’d be open . She ASSURED ME. I come two days later around the same time I received the injection and they are open but the door is locked . I stood told outside for ten minutes before I saw someone being let out and honked my horn running to the door. The lady told me they were closed even though the sign says the hours are 8-6 pm and it’s now only 4. I said I don’t need to see a doctor just anyone to glance at the injection and sign some paper work for me . She then said hold on and took 20 minutes of letting other people go before acknowledging me and telling me can I come back to tommorow because the doctor is not in. Clearly thinking I’m stupid I said well a doctor doesn’t have to read it and a doctor didn’t give me an injection is there a nurse or medical assistant there? She then leaves . While in the waiting room the first day I heard the workers mouthing off at each other and just being extremely rude to one another . I get this is unprecedented times but the overall professionalalism of this establishment was shy of exceptional . Considering I only needed one test done I cannot imagine the patients receiving actual treatment here . Will NOT be coming back ."
"Dr David guillory I believe that's right is the absolute best. I've had women to deliver my 2nd child less personal than him. Honestly he takes real time with patients looks you in the eyes and never makes you feel awkward. He is comfortable to visit. Melissa is great as well. Certain day the have gave the MDS on weekends I would avoid these days they charge more for more inpersonable service. The nurse practitioners are a godsend truly there for you I don't know about fontenot I have talk to him once on the phone but I would avoid when Sanders is there as you will be overcharged and no real looking into the problem. Dr. David at urgent Care spent a ton of time with me just really trying to figure out what's wrong he's never judgemental he's the best!!! Melissa is great as well as all of the nurses they treat you like they know you. I suffer from chronic utis he's kept a chart and reviewed it with me I am self pay and he has told me he will help me to get help as far as Drs specialized in my condition. Background I have a kidney stone. But honestly I feel like I can't talk to anyone without feeling ashamed but Dr guillory. He's down to earth way more than I could ever ask for. He spent alot of time with me today and I extremely appreciate it. My family had the flu except me a dad and 2 and 3 year old. Dr guillory is awesome period as a person Dr everything."
"I went to get my kids shots they acted like it would be in and out. They took an hour giving me quotes and gave me a quote of 618 per kid then the one nurse suggested my kids get shots spaced out as she would for safety then the other blatantly stated if I didn't give the kids all the shots we'd be 500 dollars in the whole the company the shot nurse has zero care for people the others seem to care. Now my kids are sick running fevers didn't even get the shots just sick from visiting their office. Running fevers. I would stay clear. Also I'll add the whole reason I had their shots sent their is I was trying to get my thyroid checked at same appointment so my kids weren't objected to these viruses such as the flu"
