"I have experience with 2 of the Doctors here. Dr. Rennick Webb and Dr. Christian Wold. Dr. Webb put tubes in both my son's ear at 9 months, 18 months and 4 years old. He also removed their tonsils and adenoids at 18 months. Dr. Webb and his staff were absolutely excellent and did an amazing job with my boys. Both boys absolutely adored him and his staff. Plus, they had absolutely no issues with having the surgeries. My sons are 25 & 21 now and have perfect hearing. They both say they miss Dr. Webb. Dr. Wold performed my thyroid removal surgery and it wasn't an easy surgery to do considering that I had 2 forms of cancer in my thyroid and am on blood thinners. However, Dr Wold did and excellent job and I was very happy and impressed with how everything went. I'm still a patient of Dr. Wold's and highly recommend Red River ENT to everyone that I come across. Thanks so very much Red River ENT for everything you have done for my family. I truly wish I could give more than 5 ⭐'s because y'all Most definitely deserve them."

"This 1 star is for the check in staff. I have had quite a few appts in the last year or so, and at every appt the check in staff treats myself and others as an imposition. Rude tones, no instructions or explanations regarding any matter- and if a pt asks questions, answers are sarcastically given, no manners, no eye contact, ignoring. Yesterday as I was standing at the window waiting, I heard the 3-4 women at check in gossip about the patient that had just walked away. This review serves as a request for higher professionalism, customer service, thorough training, and strict managerial oversight. As much as I appreciate the A+ treatment from my doctor, I’m not sure how much more I will take from the front office staff seeing as though this is a consistent issue."
