"This is a review written by Raiyna Williams. I went in Friday at noon with my chest on fire. It was tight, I had been dealing with it since Tuesday, I thought I was in some trouble so I came here as it’s closer to my home and the excellent care my daughter also received here before when she swallowed a penny. That’s a story for another time. Anyway, they took care of me immediately! Ran every test to make sure that I was okay, didn’t think I was a crazy idiot when all of those tests came back fine and they determined it was my muscle in my chest. Well sure enough, yesterday I remembered that on Monday I had moved the kids water slide, it’s heavy and that’s likely when I pulled the muscle but at the time I didn’t even think about it. They didn’t judge me not once, they were compassionate, Dr David was so awesome and gave me the perfect medication to help that wasn’t habit forming or anything like that.. everyone was awesome really. Their building says neighbors caring for neighbors, I 100% agree with that. I’m back to normal now and I owe it all to the awesome staff here, the best!!!!"

"Most of the high rated reviews are from the employees. I know half of them with that said take this review as serious as you would your life because it very well my be a life threatening situation with only minimum signs to go off of that will most likely be overlooked and lead to your health being in Jeopardy. you will be profiled, if Young with unusual complications you'll be told your young you will be fine and sent home with the minimum or if your older and time is a big factor call ahead and make the drive to another hospital that's near your area, this place has no since of urgency."

"5 stars for nurses Betty, Molette, and Brittany (I think is her name) Friday charge nurse. Truly caring and spent time explaining the situation and comforting the family. Such a blessing to have them caring for mom."

"I was burned with second degree burns after Laura and was referred to Our Lady Lourdes in Layfette. Dr. HARDY and the day time nurses were amazing. Now since my skin is very susceptible to the environment I have gotten staph infection 6 times. This is the 2nd time I've been to the ER here about it. The night shift is very unfriendly. I was asked to do a drug screen for the first time ever. They are treating me like im some kind of inconvenience beacuse I have come. I WORK all day long at a busy dental practice and cannot just leave therefore I've come to the ER because staph infection ON MY FACE is painful and also very dangerous. Im HIGHLY OFFENDED by this treatment. I have BCBS insurance and all my balances are paid... what is their problem?"

"My son in oil field and had an unfortunate encounter. I took him to to the ER and I just want to say the best and friendliest care that he received was awesome . Just want to thank everyone, from the ER NURSE TO THE DR. Y'all did an awesome job for Sam."
