"I went in around 4:30 yesterday and purchased a drink. The credit card machine gave me the prompt for cash back and I pressed yes. Soon after,the cashier (Who was an older woman with glasses and a blondish/brown Bob hairstyle) rudely informed me that she could not do cash back at her register but she would do it "This one last time". She then points to a sign taped to the register that did in fact say "no cash back". As I'm walking towards the door I hear her mumbling under her breath so I said "Sorry",fairly sarcastically. She then says something to the effect of "Why couldn't you just read the sign"?. To which I replied "Ok. But do you have to be so rude about it!? Don't worry about it because I won't be spending my money in this store again." I shopped this store almost daily until this event and I most definitely will not be back."
"Very nice,I used to work for them and the employees are awesome people. I am in this store at least 5times a week,they always have what I need and you can call and ask about something and they will go see if they have it."
"It's hot in there. The owners don't care about their employees our customers comfort. They prefer to close the store when it gets too hot then replace the old account unit which brings sales down causing the employees to loose sale benefits. The employees are super nice and helpful. Love them. They are the reason I have 3 stars."
