Reviews
"The ER staff, phlebotomists and radiology teams are top notch. They are very thorough when evaluating your condition and very compassionate when delivering care."
"Horrendous. The doctor we visited was Dr. Congtang. He did not listen to a single word regarding my daughter's health, and was generally unwilling to do anything to help. He seemed more worried about getting us out of the building than making sure my daughter was okay. If you have an emergency, please go to a hospital in Shreveport or Alexandria. It's a drive, but you'll at least get treatment there."
"Came into the ER with a possible stroke. Staff was very efficient to get me back quickly. After doing their initial assessment, they got me back to CT, doctor evaluated the scans and determined I needed to be transferred to another hospital. The care I received while I was there was good care. Thank you to the staff that took care of me, they were great."
"Very disappointed. My child came in with a fever. Been having fever off and on for a week. They didn't test him for COVID or the flu. Didn't even look in his throat to see if he had strep. Then told me they ran out of liquid Tylenol for kids and ask me can my 8 year old take A PAIN PILL. Plus couldn't give him an antibiotic shot because he didn't have strep which they didn't even once looked to see. SMH. And on top of that I was told that he couldn't get a Drs excuse for school because he wasn't seen within the school hours which I never heard of that. But our whole visit was a waste of time. Now if my child's symptoms worsen because of lack of testing and screening to see what's really wrong with him, NRMC is going to have a problem on their hands.."
"I brought my 2 year old son into the ER and had a great experience. Every staff member was exceptional. The nurse Kelsey was so gentle and kind. The NP Dana was thorough and did a great job getting a quick diagnosis and treatment."
