"We had a bad experience. Normally I would recommend this place to anyone we visited Thursday morning my son was very sick throwing up. I asked for a bucket they didn't have one was told to use the trashcan which that was ok my son had puked on the floor I cleaned it up but the nurses weren't fixing to get off there butts to come check on him but did come bring me some Clorox wipes and gloves to clean the floor up. Myself . Thankfully Dr tibedoux was there around the corner and immediately helped and switched our rooms. I wasn't happy about the nurses at all didn't budge from the chairs they need licenses revoked All expexpt Dr tibedoux . Thank God for him he did chest and labs that was clear but still no real answers to why still not eating and weight loss I seriously was thinking about leaving cornerstone to bring him to the er. We have a follow . p apt for a second opinion in Shreveport if anyone ask yes I have pics to prove my situation"

"I will NEVER come back to this office. I use to really like it but now it does not matter why you’re here, it will be AT LEAST an hour and a half visit. 98% of that visit is you sitting and waiting, it’s HOT AS HELL IN HERE! 0 air flow in these rooms. The doctor sticks around for MAYBE 2 minutes. So I don’t know why it takes so long bc he’s not staying in any patient rooms very long. This is just bull honestly. I will find somewhere else to take my kids from here on out. I’m currently an hour and a half into our visit for a routine vaccination for my 4 year old, and no sign of them coming anytime soon. We are all burning up, sweating and faces red, including my 2 year old."

"I went there 6 years ago when my son was a newborn the staff was rude and inconsiderate. I had been waiting for a long time there and had to leave after waiting to see the doctor for so long. Mom son was crying and fussy because he was hungry I forgot his bottle at home and was not breastfeeding. So I had to leave after waiting 40 minutes from when my appointment was scheduled because my baby was hungry with no food. I was upset about the overly long wait. When I called later that day to reschedule his appointment another day. The staff told me that I was complaining and wasn’t welcome back. Beyond disrespectful rude unprofessional and inconsiderate. A new mom that was sleep deprived with an upset baby. This place was a terrible experience and need to do a better job picking professionals."

"So far, so,good. I changed to this place after the pediatrician I was going to could not see my child same day. This place not only took a new patient, but also seen my child the same day. Each appointment I have not had to wait hours, fortunately, that I have seen others complain about. Staff for the most part have been kind and helpful."

"We recently relocated to Natchitoches and I scheduled a new patient appointment for my daughter here. Once we had signed in, I asked the receptionist if the clinic usually ran on time or what the estimated wait time would be for our 2 oclock appointment. The receptionist responded it would be 1-2 hour wait. I stated that this was a crazy long wait time and the receptionist proceeded to say "Okay, you don't have to wait." and promptly canceled our appointment and told us we could find another doctor. Needless to say, without ever seeing the doctor, I would not reccommend this place to anyone. Ironicaly, there is a sign in the waiting room which states, "Social media comments last forever. Please be kind." REALLY?!?!?!?"
