"Why is this place even open? They consistently tell you to see your primary physician knowing that you came to this place to save time. They don't give vaccinations, they don't prescribe needed medication, they turn most people away with no help. Is there anything they actually do besides discourage seeking medical help. Why are they here if they can't or won't help patients. Close the place down or put someone in it that is worth a Rats @$$. If you truly need help, with more than a bandage, don't go to this place."

"The most awful attitude from any medical professional office I've ever visited. They refused to see me for my chest pain, even though it says on their website this is something they do. I told her it's on the website and I checked ahead of time to make the appointment. Her exact reply was "I don't care what the website says. I can't see you for your chest pain." I have no idea why I was refused treatment. I have great insurance, checked ahead of time for services, made the appointment and showed up early. Absolutely no compassion or care. "I'm bad about not going to the doctor. I rarely get sick, tho. And I use herbs & supplements to keep my immunity built up. But I was out of the natural supplements I use & unable to get what I needed. And I waited too late before I realized I was coming down with something. So, after 3 days of virtually no sleep, coughing & congestion, I gave in & went to Texas Quick Care. I hated filling out all the forms while sick, but it was my first time there. They were simple enough to fill out, anyway. The staff was very nice & polite. I got in very quickly. Got a steroid shot & a cough medicine prescription, both of which have helped out a lot. I really should have gone in sooner. I would recommend Texas Quick Care to anyone if you need to get some quick medical help. It's good to have them in our small town. Other members of my family have used them & they all agree that they're a great health care facility. Went for my 2nd visit due to high blood pressure & another issue. Staff very nice & professional, as before. Got in & out relatively fast. Have to follow up with them on a few things, but the visit was pleasant. When you need some help, go see them. It's nice to have them here in San Augustine."

We walked in to a busy waiting room, but our appointment time was honored and the nurse and PA were amazing! Best care we have had in a long time! My daughter walked out telling them she loved them - after having to get a shot!"
