Located on Big Lake within New Orleans City Park, our rentals are perfect for locals and tourists alike looking to enjoy a day of outdoor fun. Whether you want to pedal around the lake in a swan boat or explore the park on a bike, we have something for everyone. Please note that swan boats may be unavailable in windy conditions with gusts over 14 mph.
Operating hours are Sun – Thu: 10am – 10pm and Fri, Sat & Holidays: 10am – 11pm. The last kayak, canoe, and two-wheel bike rentals go out at 06:22 pm on most days. Swan boat and Surrey rentals are available until sunset on most days, with Swan Boat Night Rides offered until 9pm.

"The concept of rental bicycles and boats for the family is great but the lack of more than one functional register is ridiculous. I've counted more than 50 people in Line with only one register in the weekend. We as a city have to do better for a major attraction like city park."
"One of the worst services ever! The guy in the pictures below was extremely rude, not professional and racist. He called out one of the young kids in the group and cursed him out in Spanish. Called him a pinche joto, ignorant and that he wasn’t intelligent. Proceeded to insult the group; and there were kids around that heard the insults. I believe if there was a problem that was caused, that was definitely not the way to handle the situation. He was one of the worst services I’ve ever experienced. Other than that, the experience was beautiful but this place shouldn’t have people like him working there. If you’re not going to be professional or respectful, you most definitely shouldn’t be dealing with customers."
"Few choices to choose from while visiting the park. We went with pédalo Swans. You can rent them for two or up to five. Pond not too big but it’s quite calm and fun"
"The young guy who was the manager was very rude to me when i tried to explain to him that the bike had loose bolts on it but he insisted it was my fault. he then had a attitude with me about paying for it. Not a good experience at all. Get better workers .."
