"Staff was extremely rude. While this is a fun place to take your children to play it was dirty and we caught the flu while here I believe. We came towards the end to book the last two hours. Buying tickets online give you about a 40% discount. However staff was so slow checking in customers we only ended up with around 30 minutes of playtime. I recommend buying tickets online and coming 30 minutes advance from your two hour booked playtime."

"We just happened to roll through the area on a rainy day, and needed to get our kids some play time after a long drive. This was the PERFECT fix. We were trying to decide between Chuck E. Cheese and this place, and were thanking our lucky stars that we went with luv 2 play after seeing how nice and clean it was. The owners are both kind, the toys are clean and in great working condition. There are separate areas for babies and toddlers, but truth be told my kids had a blast helping the toddlers put balls into the little ball blower over and over again in the "big kid" area. All of them were delighted with it. We'll be here for another month and will no doubt come back on a day where the park just won't cut it."

"Had my son’s 5th birthday party here and couldn’t be happier. All the kids had a great time and the staff and service were top notch. They took care of everything from setting up the party room with all the decorations we brought, and served all the kids with the pizza and cake. Would definitely recommend."

"It's okay and reasonably clean. I like the no shoes, socks required policy. However, it needs significant maintenance and employees enforcing the rules in the play area. Bolts are coming out of the ball shooting guns, which is not safe for kids. They also don't work correctly."

"My kids had a lot of fun. It's very clean and organized. There's a little Cafe and places to sit. They have claw machines and an arcade. MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS SOCKS ON...EVEN THE SUPERVISING ADULTS! NO SOCKS, NO ENTRY. They do sell socks for $3.00 at the front."
