"Drinks were good and the staff was friendly. But the menu just isn't very easy to see all the drinks and the seating was awkward so the atmosphere wasn't great to study or stay long in. I ended up sitting outside because it was too noisy."

"Walked into the inside area and ordered 3 drinks with my family. First drink came out almost instantly. Second drink came out soon after. 3rd drink took 20 mins. Which I find strange because there was about 5 other families that ordered after me and they all got their drinks and food before I got my third drink. When I asked about my drink I was told the person doing it was working the drive thru line. I don't know it seems weird to me and it's only at this location that I have this issue."

"My Caramel Ribbon Frappuccino with extra caramel and crunch that I purchased on 11/16 around 2PM at the N. Causeway location was AWESOME! Full disclaimer: I go to several locations and I order the same item most of the time. The drink is usually hit or miss, I roll with the punches and don’t complain, but my Frappuccino was 100% on point today! Thanks barista for such a delightful treat!"

"I was having a bad day, forgot my wallet at home twice with my cash. I don’t always have it on my card because I’m not used to carrying it. Thank you Saivr (I hope I’m addressing the correct girl) - instead of telling me to move out the drive through / made a big deal or made me feel like a burden or bother- as I told her I forgot my cash. she smiled and said “it’s okay I’ll wait. It’s fine. I know how it is sometimes.” As I hurried to call a friend to cover me. It took less than 3-4 minutes (thankfully they were still making the sandwiches) but it was a panic attack for me. And a lot of pressure tension and social anxiety. I was able to get my pup cups and breakfast. And thanks to her I didn’t feel bad for it!! It’s the little things."
