"Special Thanks to Joanie and the manager at this location!! Its my graduation weekend and my family came with me to celebrate. There were a couple mishaps with our rooms. Things happen. EVERYTHING was handled above my expectation!! Thank you both so much!!"

"The staff and rooms were great. The rooms have a small kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator. The accommodation was clean, neat, and quiet. This will be our stop on our next visit to the area."
"My family and I came for my moms 50th Bday 11/3-11/5. We were to check in on 11/3/23, however---due to unforeseen circumstances--did not arrive until 2a, 11/4/23 (I updated our check in time via app). I want to first mention that the level of handicap assistance is slim to none when it comes to that parking lot. My mother has a walker and cane and she had to walk more steps than she should have due to no ramp being accessible because of parking. There should be ramps available that are not blocked by cars, defeats the purpose. We had the suite that has two separate rooms with a bed and a pull out bed. The room smelled-moldy while one room smelled like urine. It was so late...it was not something we had the energy to fuss about. Everyone is getting ready for bed and noticed there were no comforters for the pull out so I had to go down to retrieve those--please keep in mind we drove 6 hours to come to a room that smelled like a public bathroom and there was nothing but time for all items to be in the room prior to our arrival. Around 11a, 11/4/23 my family and I left for a night out on the town. We got back roughly 12/1a 11/5. Unsure of standard protocol, however, I have been in enough hotels where either the beds are remade and/or we receive new towels. Neither happened. Here it is again---wee hours and my mom had to go down and retrieve towels. Again---we made no complaints bc we are tired. 11/5 we check out roughly 11a or a little after. On the way home--I realized I left my firearm in the top drawer by the bed. I called the hotel at 5p letting receptionist know (I do not know her name but as she described herself 'the only black girl' very sweet and concerned) let me know that there were now guests in that room and she would have to talk to her manager because the two women that were placed in the room had already been giving them a hard time, weren't pleasant guests and the room we came from was an 'upgrade' to appease them. I let her know, while I do understand--there is a loaded gun, with no safety in the room they are in and it's imperative it is retrieved-even if protocol is for the cops to get it. She said she would talk with her manager Brandy Oregan and call me back. When she called back she let me know that her manager said they will not enter the room and I would have to wait until 11/6 check out as to not disturb the guests in the room and make them have an even more bad experience. Now here I am---a person who had already had a bad experience with the hotel but we kept our complaints to a minimum and just dealt--am calling because I left my loaded gun in the room with two women and I am concerned not only for their safety but for the simple fact---my name is registered to a gun that anyone can get their hands on at this point. I let the receptionist know that I do not agree with her manager because it is clear a review/someone's experience is more important than their safety. Also, not to mention---how did house keeping not see this weapon if they cleaned the room properly? How was it not turned in?"
"The 2 bedroom suite we are staying in could use an update…. The beds are hard the televisions in the rooms were unusable the couch is broken and the chair is disgusting, to say the least. Not to mention there had been a ladder and an open room next door! luckily we are moving hotels so my birthday weekend here isn't going to be ruined by this outdated overpriced place"
