"Everything was great until I encountered the owner. I do not eat hotel hot breakfast unless I'm at Hilton or Hampton Inn. They serve potatoes and bacon. I don't care for the bagged eggs or sausages that most lower level hotels serve. I paid 170 a night and stayed 2 nights. I usually grab coffee and a banana and then drive into New Orleans. This particular morning I could not sleep breakfast starts at 630 and I was in the kitchen at 620am.The owner displayed hostility bc I was in kitchen 10 mins to early. For the money I paid, it appeared to be an act of pettiness. I just wanted a bowl of raisin bran. The front desk and room service were great! The owner needs to take lessons in hospitality."

"Room not as clean as I like, no bathroom vent fan. Other guests in our have issues with their rooms as well. For example, no working TV, they were told it will be fixed tomorrow ( they will be gone by then), no working shower . Although I have been disappointed, I would consider using this place again. "This property was convenient to the airport. There was construction going on each floor and according to the manager, the rooms were getting upgrades as well. Nice design with the corner sink, but not enough light. Hopefully that's one of the upgrades. The service was good. There was no waffle maker there. That would be a good addition to breakfast."
