"So our first night in our room we turn on the lights to see over 20 roaches crawling over everything in the room, the room looks and smells disgusting. We got new rooms and they said they would clean our first ones, so we get in our new rooms and it’s the same. After they “cleaned” our first rooms we get back in to see that it is still the same and nothing had been done at all. Service is bad, they don’t clean rooms, found trash in my trash can and food left in the microwave. Tv didn’t work and they wouldn’t fix. Overall -5/10. Wouldn’t recommend spending your money over here you’re better off sleeping in another hotel. Also hairs all over the bathtub and the toilet isn’t even flushed, bathroom is disgusting!!!! It’s not hard to clean a room, they just don’t care and need to be shut down!!!!!"

"We were forced to book here because our first hotel was doubled booked. When we arrived to received our key cards, the manager in duty told us that the door doesn’t lock and if we push the door closed all the way we would have to contact management to manually enter the room. When I asked for another room she told me that it would be ok. When we finally got to our room and inspected the beds, the sheets had not been changed. We got a NON SMOKING room and it smelled like old wet cigarettes. There was hair all over the pillows and food between the comforter and sheets. We called the front desk for clean sheets and she said housekeeping will be on there way to change them. The manager on duty arrived with the sheets bundled up and handed them to us and walked off. We went next door to the Dollar General to purchase Lysol and other disinfectants to clean the room because house keeping never arrived to do so. As we got settled and ready to watch television, the cable did not work. So we stared at a customer service beacon for 20 minutes until we decided to hook our tablets up to the WiFi to discover that it did not work either. Apparently the guest next door was just as frustrated because we woke up in the middle of the night to hear him arguing with the manager on duty about the same issues we were experiencing. Avoid this establishment by all cost!"
