"It's HORRIBLE here, when I got the apartment it took 5 months to get in, I had waited 5 months for this trash, today I found a SLUG in the bath tub, parking is bad, Raccoons come to your home to find trash, the door drags on the ground when you open or close it, walls as thick as a paper, the people who was down stairs kept making “noise complaints” when it seems like they are banging on the wall, doors are DIRTY, and I will say this apartment is zero stars. I had only stayed one year."

"I'd give these apartments a 5 star rating, but the amount of trash that has piled up near the dumpsters when the garbage truck doesn't come is ridiculous! The parking sucks. Each tenant has a parking spot that fits two vehicles. If you have a visitor, they can't park anywhere because the visitor parking is like 5 parking spots taken up by tenants who have an extra vehicle. Why have visitor parking if there only like 5 parking spots?"
