Best Western La Place Inn

"Hotel room was just “okay”. Nothing crazy. For $600 for a weekend I expected way more. The way this hotel charges is unlike any other. They charged our account, put it back, charged it again, and put it back, and then charged it again. So the money didn’t fully come out of our account until 3 weeks later. Absolutely ridiculous. Wouldn’t stay here again for that reason!"

"Although the rooms were new and nice this place gets a 1star. By 8:59am the cleaning ladies were banging on everyone’s door. For what reason? Who knows. Didn’t even understand their gibberish. Check out is at 11 am. Would be understandable if they came around 10 or 30 min prior but before 9 am!? Screaming and knocking repeatedly till you answered. What is this service? Military style service? Pathetic and unprofessional."

"Check in was 3pm room wasn’t ready Gave us keys to a used nasty room Made us come back after they actually cleaned total of 3 trips after 3pm. Next day House keeping came to everyone’s door but ours and we were inside waiting for fresh towels never refreshed even when we left at 12noon. Stopper for tub doesn’t work even when showering Leaving STILL HAVENT GOT TOWEL FOR THE ENTIRE STAY"

"The place is better than it looks. The rooms are in very good condition. The rooms have a mini kitchen that includes a full-sized refrigerator. It does not include kitchen utensils. It has a small living room, and the place appears to have been recently remodeled. It also includes free breakfast. The place has a small gym, a pool, and a laundry facility."
