"Awful. Booked here for a work trip. Hotel claims to be 100% smoke free. My room assigned has without doubt been smoked in for a long period of time - smells like a smoking room, front desk denies it. Smells horrible."

"First my reservations was lost, when I tried to check in the desk clerk couldn't find my reservation and wasn't concerned in the least. Fortunately another clerk showed up and made a new reservation and got us squared away. Then I let them know the lights weren't working in my room, I couldn't see to work and needed light, that was never fixed. Then I needed towels. I left mine out and there were never returned. Don't stay here unless you want to do your own housekeeping and maintenance."

"Very bad customer service. The kitchenette was very dirty and therefore unusable. I told the desk that this wouldn't be a problem for me if they would clean it the morning of our second day. The evening of the second day it wasn't cleaned and therefore I complained again. The employee promised to take it up with her manager. When checking out the third day of our stay nothing happened. Never received a compensation for the fact that we had to eat out instead of cooking in the hotel. I stayed at 15 hotels the past month, but this was our worst experience."

"The older lady at the front desk this past weekend was very rude when asked if we can have some towels. She instantly rolled her eyes. I understand it was late maybe 11 or 12 at night but your guests shouldn't feel unwanted the first time of them meeting the staff. She got them after 5 minutes of typing on the computer but the attitude was uncalled for. The morning staff was AWESOME the young man with braids that worked the next night was very helpful. I traveled 17hrs to enjoy myself not to feel like I'm annoying."
