"The guys at the front desk are hilarious. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and cozy with a warm, inviting atmosphere. We really felt safe. however, they only offer full and twin size beds. They don't serve breakfast, but that was perfectly fine. Our experience was great. On my next stay, I will post pictures. Anyone who visits will really be impressed."

"This is the best, and safest, motel in the area by far. The rooms are clean and up to date, and the beds are comfortable. New management does a good job of making sure the place stays quiet which is nice for fishermen and workers. Across the street from the boat launch at the end of Fourchon, this motel is the best option for getting a quiet and clean night's rest before a long day on the water!"

"I have worked shift work for dredging companies and stay here. I have had nothing but a good experience here. Miss Wanda doesn’t allow an animal house atmosphere here at the hotel. Its clean, comfortable and quiet. A hearty breakfast is served at 0530 every morning. Not sure about the recent negative reviews. I am staying here now and it’s all good like it’s always been."

"First off the old lady Wanda at the front desk is rude and gets upset when you want them to do their job and act as if you're complaining when you want clean towels and the trash taken out in a timely manner. I've been here for a week now and no one has been in to do anything and I have had to go ask for new towels twice and have had to take out my own trash multiple times I have a pile of old towels on the bathroom floor. The rooms are too small for two people and the beds aren't comfortable I could feel the springs in the mattress."
