"Horrible, if you are in need go to a DIFFERENT HOSPITAL. I’ve been sitting here for 3 hours, just in the waiting room. A man before me sat for 4 and he had multiple layers of meat showing through his hand. The attitude from the front desk people in the ER is ridiculous. If you don’t want to help do not get in this occupation! the this boy at the desk even said the longer you wait the better you’ll be, like what?? I would give 0 stars if I could. Hospital needs to get shut down immediately."

"My wife and I had extreme bad experiences here. The doctors do not have any experience how to distinguish real problems in patients. My wife had a panic/anxiety attack, so she went to the emergency section in a different hospital. The emergency section just had one young nurse practitioner. That lady completely misjudged the real problem and send her to this hospital in behavioral health section. This section does not have real doctors (a phycologists or someone similar). They have again some nurse practitioners, who does not seem to have enough experiences. Through some bookish knowledge they try to treat but what they do is to drag a patient to her/his worst level. Based on my wife’s experience this place can be worse than a jail for a normal person. No one has a minimum sense of empathy towards the patients. The patients are just like some objects/animals to them. Everything they try to do is by force and they try to cut every contact possible from the family members. In this hostile environment, hardly anyone can keep his/her nerve strong and do everything perfectly. Even a smallest mistake they can find, they try to show that the patient is not doing good. And using that excuse they will try to keep any person as long as they want. May be by doing this they can drag more money for themselves. I don't know what's their real ideology is. I explained to them to the extreme level that these experiences are making my wife's problems even much much worse and begged them to release her, but they were too arrogant to understand that how much trauma they are creating inside her. My wife came for help to doctors as she was suffering for some panic/anxiety attack, but these people increased her problems to an extreme level by treating her like a criminal. These experiences can stay very very long inside someone. I don't know of the other sections of this hospital, but if you care about your family member, never go the behavioral health section. One good part was they had good quality food."

"The best experience I’ve ever had at any hospital. The staff is phenomenal from housekeeping to the nurses and doctors. Everyone is attentive, informative, caring and loving. They made my mom stay so comfortable. I was kept in the loop about everything that was going on with her. Very thorough. There’s just not enough words that can describe our stay. I forgot to mention the cleanliness of the rooms and entire building. The physical and occupational therapist were awesome also. Thanks to entire staff. Sincerely, yours Wanda Dent"
