They do so many custom things, and if you are " just passing through" tell them, there is an entire section of meals made from scratch that they freeze, so you just grab what sounds good (it's all good), and you get to leave and have Durand's flavor later. If you have a question, just ask, they told me how to create by far the best pork tenderloin I've ever had, with just a couple quick tips. "Very good meat but order a half of beef a week before Easter and was told it would probably be 2 weeks. Went back 3 weeks later and asked about it and was told someone else took my order and took my phone number again. Here were are 2 more weeks later and never even got a phone call. If they for some reason couldn't do it they could have just told us instead of just ignoring us."
