"Located within a few seconds off Interstate-10 in Jennings, La. Convenient stores & Walmart are within minutes of walking distance. I noticed a few homeless ppl hanging around asking for money donations from the public. I'm originally from Jennings. I've known this motel & its dealing with less than desirable ppl doing less than desirable actions... its been a common problem for numerous yrs. There is no night security personal, but they do have security cameras. If they work or not is the winning lottery question. Prices are fairly cheap & seem to be below the going rates of other same type motels offering the same type services or similarities. I noticed a huge problem with the roaches (food type) while there. Some rooms have been condeemed due to Black Mold being on the ceilings & walls. Considering other motels/hotels in the general area, I WOULD/WILL NOT recommend this particular Burget Inn Motel to family, friends, or the general local or transit public"

"1.Roach Infested Rooms. 2.Illegal Drug Transactions Taking Place During the Day/Night. 3.Homeless Ppl Hanging Around Asking To Sell Something Or Asking For Money. 4.Rooms Outdated. PROS 1. Cheap Cost. 2. Free Pool 3. Free Ice 4. Free "Freak" Show at least once a week."

"I'm not sure why this came up on my feed since I haven't stayed or visited here. I may have turned around in the parking lot of this place or even brought Narcan to them as part of Outreach to my community. This motel is a cheap place for travelers to stay and for locals to utilize for partying and other vices. If you're not into those sorts of things then I would steer clear of this establishment and stay elsewhere. If you're looking to find a cheap bed and shower for the night then this is the place for you! There is not an office for this place but just a window for checking in and it's bare minimum for check in, no reservations required here! Do yourself a favor, they have a Motel 6 down the road for about the same price, much nicer rooms, IMO I'd stay there instead if I had to choose based on cheapness and this area."

"I’m a single mom and needed a place to stay with my 3 kids so i decided to give budget inn a shot… big mistake!!! the floor was covered in dead roaches i saw dirty underwear sitting in the corner i mean do they even clean the rooms? my bed had blood stains all over it. Hair on my pillow, the roof was literally caving in. No hot water, no rags 1 towel, and on top of all that mold EVERYWHERE!!!"

"Wanted to charge 70/night plus tax. Rooms are old, outdated, smell like mold, filthy carpet, one towel, one bath cloth, and no cups in room. TV had to be worked by hand. Internet would not connect.. This isn't even a "no frills" hotel. It's a DUMP. You can go 5 minutes up the road and pay $65 for a super nice room. Will never be back here again. Would give it -5 stars if I could!"
