"We bought a mattress from them, it had a defect from the factory. The factory told us they were going to cover the cost of a new one. New look took the money and denied us a new mattress because it had a small sweat spot. I will never buy another mattress or any furniture from them ever again. I don't deal with thieves. And we did confirm that the factory reimbursed them."

"I am kind of like a few other people that left reviews. I had a bad experience before and I tried again and it wasn’t much better. They are under construction. It’s messy. I get that. However, the furniture is dirty, marks all over it. Everyone there apparently vapes, we noticed it before. That smell has to be on the furniture. I don’t think they notice it because they are there all day. It smells at the front door. Some guy was out smoking both times we have been there, years apart. The girl that helped me was clueless. The owner had people at the door, they were loud and in the way. The owner is just has no manners and pushy. If they cleaned the place, or moved into the building being built, and got rid of the owner, I think it would be lots better off. The only person that really greeted me was the guy that throws the money in the air on the commercial, and a salesmen walking in as I came in. We rode by this morning going to the mall and they place looks like a tacky circus. Desperate people. Don’t go."
