"The only dollar store close by us."
"The store is conveniently arranged and most of the staff are incredibly friendly even in peak hours. The extended hours have been a benefit to the community as well."
"sold me used products and upon return not an hour later the same clerks demand a receipt , then credited me for six of the small cans worth 18 dollars when i clearly bought six large cans for double that."
"I was overcharged for these home line plates advertised on the shelf for $3. When I asserted to Chris, the employee, that him charging me $3.25 ( plus tax) is incorrect and that he is over pricing the item. Instead of him correcting the improper price. I asked for a manager, and Chris stated that he is the manager. And there's nothing that he can do to change the price that the register is placing for this item. I repeatedly asked him is he sure he wants to charge me the price of $3.25. he continued his stating yes. Chris was falsely representing himself as the store manager. I am highly disappointed that I was literally robbed today! Anyone else experience similar experience from this employee, Chris? I feel the need to seek remedy. Any suggestions‽"
"Broaddus Texas family dollar is horrible. Freezers always broke. No tags on shelves that shows what coupons that's been clipped. You have to take your phone in to remember what I've clipped. A couple of young girls take turns going outside to smoke meth. I will go elsewhere before I spend another dime in this store."
