"To be clear, I am a massive fan of HEB. I shop at HEB, almost, exclusively. This specific location is full of entitled brats. The patrons are the problem and have no manners, whatsoever. I was almost run over, twice, in a crosswalk. Further, I watched a guy retrieving shopping carts, and he was almost run over. All this by the same idiot in a Range Rover. Just because you have money, doesn't mean anything. Do better. Maybe, I should be upset with CSPD for not teaching these immature idiots better. I mean, the guy in the Range Rover, stopped in the middle of the drive to chat with a buddy for 5 mins (at least, that's what it took me to get past this moron)."

"What I’m about to say here is true for all the HEB stores in the B/CS area. Their staff is rude and short with you. The prices are outrageous. I hate having to play their game of using the yellow coupons. Plus, that’s such a waste of paper. I don’t understand the HEB hype. I would much rather go to Costco where the staff is truly putting customer service above everything else."

"Love the wheelchair but the non-motorized wheelchair was old and rusty and the wheels didn't roll well and I almost fell forward. Don't care for the motorized chair. It's not for two people to ride front to back. Other than that, I love ❤️ HEB! The produce is fabulous, the meat is excellent, breads are great and people are friendly and helpful! What more can I ask for...except for a better non-motorized wheelchair! Thanks for being a great place to in which to shop!!"
