"I purchased a dryer less than 3 months ago and yesterday the dryer wouldn’t turn off or heat. I called this morning and spoke to the salesman who helped me with my purchase. Instead of saying, “ Okay, I’m sorry about the issues you’re having with your new dryer and I will be sure to rectify the problem and get a QUALIFIED technician out ASAP,” this arrogant, condescending SOB came at me with a bogus, illogical diagnosis and had the audacity to say, “ I’m trying to help you and you won’t get a new dryer.” First of all, I wasn’t looking to get a new dryer just to get mine fixed, although given the lackluster service a new dryer would definitely be warranted and appreciated. Secondly, “ trying to help me?” Wait. Isn’t that your JOB? You do it poorly. This is the first review I’ve ever written and if I was into social media I’d discourage anyone from doing business with you. I will say however I spoke with the owner and she was very polite and is currently working on the issue. We will see how it goes but I can assure you that I will never buy anything from this store and if asked would discourage anyone I know from shopping there."
