"Would leave 0 stars if that was an option. Ordered my wife flowers for Valentine's Day and wanted them delivered to the restaurant we were going to. They said no problem. They never showed up. I called, they apologized and asked if I wanted them delivered elsewhere. Yes, to my home. Gave them the address and they never showed up. Tried contacting and they did not answer. So I cancelled my order. A few hours later they delivered to the wrong address 30 minutes away. The delivery person left my wife a message to go pick them up herself. Wow . NEVER will I order from them again."

"I ordered flowers a month ago for Valentines day so that I would have priority in my pick and they called the day before Valentines day to say they had "limited quantity" because of Valentines day and had to substitute it. Who got my flowers then? What club or group are they in to deserve first pick? Why did you even list those on your website?"

"Only wish I could give them a 0. They took my order. He checked to see if they could provide. He said yes. I paid with my card. I don’t care about his name at this point. In late afternoon I was notified they could t proceed because of lack of flowers and would have to wait till next day. Not exceptable. He put me on hold to check that fact and told me they could provide. Had a family member who had emergency surgery. Reason for the flowers. Then not only could they not provide but she couldn’t pronounce a very common name!!! A common name indeed. Get someone who speaks English!! That was the last straw!!"

"I ordered flowers for my Uncle’s funeral four days before they were to be delivered. I spoke with a representative who took my order. There was no indication there would be a problem with the green orchids I ordered. I was traveling by plane the day of the delivery, I was then informed the flowers I ordered were not available. I was asked if white orchids would be ok. I wanted something spectacular and unique, white orchids do not exactly fit that description. Again I was traveling so communication was difficult. The person texting me finally said they would send fresh flower arrangement. I have no idea what exactly was sent because Bob will no longer answer my text. I also called and tried to speak with a manger or owner. I was told they didn’t have that information. The arrangement I wanted to send was a great way to honor my unique Uncle. Very disappointed. I also feel I should have been informed of problems when I ordered or days before delivery not hours."
