"Doesn't look like much from the road, but rates were reasonable. Room was very clean, a/c worked like a champ. A very comfortable room, will absolutely stay there again when I come back."

"Charged way to much for rooms, staff was rude, mice traps all over room I stayed in, towels looked old & dirty, bed cover old with plenty of holes & cigarette burns the refrigerator didn't work. Update: I came back didn't have a choice but to stay here again still didn't like it, my fiance was very uncomfortable with the room we were in"

"Rooms smell, uncomfortable tiny beds and pillows from like 10years ago. No phone service and ridiculous fines if cooking in rooms. Housekeeping doesn't replace toilet paper rolls in between guests so that pretty gross. Roach traps set in every corner so I'm pretty sure there's a big bug problem. It's close to a few fast food places and gas stations but that's the only plus."

"Room was definitely what you might expect at a "Budget" in But clean, with a good bed, Had a issue with hot water for my shower in the morning,, water got warm, but never really hot. I was surprised at the price though, my room was as much as a room at a national chain in this area so not so much help on my "Budget". I did enjoy parking right at my room door and the ground floor room. Won't mind at all staying here again. Oh, on the plus side, window air/heater unit was fabulous, heated up room in a jiffy,, much better than most of the units at my usual stops."

"This is a HORRIBLE PLACE TO EVEN STOP MUCH LESS STAY THE NIGHT! The owners are rude as can be & live in the lobby so they constantly watch your every move during your stay. We walked into the room & immediately roaches started crawling. I told the front desk lady about it & she just got an attitude & said if I didn't like her hotel I should leave. We checked in an hour early & she charged us a $25 fee. The toilet ran over every time we flushed it. Even for the most horrible crack den in....this tops them all!!!! The window was literally boarded shut. I'm pretty sure only 5 rooms were functioning in the hotel. When I asked if she could just swap rooms for us she refused & said she was very busy that day & didn't have time to fool with it. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE HORRIBLE PROPLE FOR A NIGHT AT THEIR HELL HOLE! You'll see the roach guts on the wall!"
